Glad to see those little fuzzballs of doom are finally gone. Anything that multiplies that fast can't be natural. Though, it was kind of fun to watch that one herd of them falling in an endless loop beside the islands.


To Lin: I think I just might have found something similar to what you're looking for. Well, part of something.




The chain attached to the bottom is broken, so I believe there's an integral part missing. I suppose it counts as half-found.

They were kind of cute, sure, but they got decidedly less so when we were practically swimming in them. If there was a way to have the little buggers fixed, it would have been a different story.

Oh, there were more falling ones than that. By the end they were accidentally forcing each other off the edges, and there were some people trying to knock them off with pushbrooms. They made it damn near impossible to fly past Melee.

None of the others could get their griffins to fly across to another island. Flight hazards aside, griffins tend to snap at moving fuzzy things.

I guess it did look a little more like it was raining tribbles there at the end, hm? But I meant that one huge clump outside of Captain Planet. It almost started looking like an island itself, after a bit.

Sounds like you had a time of it up in the air. Your griffin didn't go off on any impromptu tribble hunting expeditions, did it?

Yeah, that one... I stayed away from that one. Daughter colonies kept parting off of it and getting reabsorbed. Like a fungal bloom that coos.

I thought they were nice at first, but there were just too many of them. I almost thought they were going to take over the stall at one point.

I thought I was seeing things at first, but yeah. That was a touch bizarre. I suppose it kept picking up hitchhikers as it went.

A while... Crochet and I had to borrow a couple of snow shovels from Housekeeping. But I'm glad they didn't try eating anything.
